April's Story
April’s journey is one of resilience and redemption. After battling addiction and a difficult marriage, April found herself incarcerated in 2013, which she now sees as the turning point for recovery. At 52, April celebrates 11 years of sobriety, rebuilt relationships, and a successful career at Nehemiah Manufacturing, a company she calls family. “I’ve forgiven myself,” says April, “and now I have a career I’m proud of.” Her story highlights the power of second chances, and we’re honored to be part of her journey.
